'Energy/protein balls' are a fairly new concept but are gaining a lot of hype in the blogging and vegan community so I’m sure if you’re a fan of healthy food and vegan recipes you may have come across these or something similar before but I love how versatile, quick and easy these energy balls are to make!

Stinging nettles, scientifically known as Urtica dioica, is an example of a plant that is perfect to pick at this time of year and has multiple medicinal uses.
